These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you, the registered user (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your"), and akai123 (hereinafter "akai123", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://akai123.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be permanently closed, with any associated balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.
• Not a Prohibited Jurisdiction: You confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Not an Excluded Player: You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or from online gaming services generally, and you are not subject to any court order or regulatory restriction preventing you from gambling.
• Not an Employee: You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of akai123 or any of its affiliated entities.

To access the full features of the Platform, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

1. You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. Malaysian Users are encouraged to use a phone number registered in Malaysia.
2. You are required to create a unique password for your Account. akai123 recommends using a strong password comprising a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. akai123 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.
4. You must notify akai123 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].
5. akai123 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

The following general terms govern your day-to-day use of the Platform:

• The Platform and all its content — including games, software, trademarks, and written materials — are the intellectual property of akai123 or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent.
• You access the Platform at your own risk. akai123 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, although we make every reasonable effort to ensure stability and security.
• akai123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or section of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for accounts registered by Malaysian users, unless an alternative currency is selected at registration and approved by akai123.

akai123 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits. Accepted methods include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted.

• All deposits must originate from payment instruments held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Account balance instantly or within a few minutes, subject to processing by the relevant payment provider.
• akai123 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• akai123 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into an Account, particularly where large or unusual transaction volumes are observed.

akai123 is committed to processing withdrawals as efficiently as possible. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that were previously used to fund the Account, or to methods that have been verified by the akai123 finance team as belonging to the Account holder.
• Completion of KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. akai123 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification checks.
• Withdrawal requests submitted via e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically processed within five to fifteen minutes. Standard bank wire transfers may take up to sixty minutes. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your VIP tier and account history.
• akai123 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing delays. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

akai123 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP-tier incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• All bonus offers are available to registered accounts that meet the applicable eligibility criteria. Bonuses are not available to Users who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review.
• Each welcome bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible account, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through the creation of multiple accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable offer terms. The wagering requirement must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be used within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account Balance upon expiry.
• akai123 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, and to reclaim Bonus Funds credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Birthday bonuses are tiered according to a User's VIP status at the time of their birthday. A User must have been active (i.e., have made at least one qualifying deposit in the preceding ninety days) to be eligible for a birthday bonus.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on the Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual games and betting markets are published within the relevant game or market interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — prior to confirmation. akai123 will not accept requests to reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of user error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live bet or game session, akai123 will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, akai123 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the User's Account Balance.
• akai123 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, UFC, and international badminton, among others. Available markets are subject to change.
• Mix Parlay bets are available on qualifying football and sports markets. Specific minimum and maximum odds requirements, and any restrictions on selections, are set out within the Mix Parlay interface.
• akai123 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account, at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to the settlement of that wager.

akai123 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. The Platform provides the following player protection mechanisms, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least twenty-four hours.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the duration of your gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of between thirty days and five years, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the User will be restricted from opening new accounts.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between twenty-four hours and thirty days may be requested as an alternative to full self-exclusion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any User found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended and may be subject to fund forfeiture and legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with akai123.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using another person's payment method to fund an Account, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Employing any form of artificial intelligence, automated script, bot, or software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or errors in game outcomes to derive unfair financial benefit.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player game format.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any Platform software.
• Making a deposit with the intention of withdrawing it in whole or in substantial part without meaningful gaming activity — so-called "bonus abuse" — including but not limited to arbitrage strategies designed to extract promotional value without genuine play.

akai123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with immediate effect, where, in its reasonable judgement:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires the Platform to restrict the User's access.
• The User has engaged in abusive or threatening behaviour towards Platform staff or other users.

Where an Account is closed by akai123 due to a breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawals and bonus balances may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as at the User's own request or following a self-exclusion — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, akai123, its directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or error in the Platform's operation resulting from events outside akai123's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, or acts of God.
• Decisions made by Users to place wagers on the Platform — all wagering decisions are made at the User's sole risk and discretion.

Nothing in this clause shall limit akai123's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which akai123 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that governing jurisdiction.

Users in Malaysia acknowledge that akai123 does not operate under Malaysian domestic law and that any dispute will be resolved in accordance with the governing law of the licensing jurisdiction. Malaysian Users are advised to seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about the implications of this clause.

akai123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, akai123 will provide notice to Users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the User's Account, with a minimum of seven days' notice where practicable.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to arrange closure of your Account.

The date on which these Terms were last revised is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain familiar with the current version.
